Grant Mucha, our CEO & Founder was asked to answer a few question during our branding phase. Here are his unfiltered responses:
What's your Businesses Description (Tagline)?
Thrive with Crave Hosting. We’ve mastered the art of blazing-fast WordPress hosting and proactive customer support, and we're in the business of fueling your growth.
What's your target audience?
Real owners that crave performance, want a foundation to actually grow, and want to save 1-3 years of their life and commit to building a real business. I believe an owner commited to starting a real business, even with a fresh domain and zero traffic, can afford our $35/mo plan, without hesitation.
What's your business vision?
We want our success to be measured by our clients growth, not by the number of clients we onboard or if we're growing in the Inc. 5000. Based on how my holistic audits go, 99% of my consulting business is through word of mouth, which indicates that a commitment to quality is what truly drives our business forward.
What problems are you solving?
Get what you need, not what they're selling. This is a phrase I love when it comes to hosting. The majority of bulk hosting companies focus on themselves first, then clients.
Example: They sell you a $35/mo hosting plan and market it for 250k pageviews. But three years in you wonder why you consistently get stuck at 100k pageviews. Welcome to marketing, all they want are 50,000 people paying $35 per month, they could care less if your business grows.
Why is what you do important for you?
Honestly, I’m just sick of companies not putting people first. And maybe I’m more sensitive to this as I see it every day. And what I see is simply unacceptable.
Example: Recently, my partner pointed out the fact that owners openly recommend these companies on social media. This is a classic, we don't know what we don't know, and we aren't aware that we don't know scenario.
What's your mission?
Give owners, regardless of size, a real foundation for long-term growth. Quality infrastructure and hosting is one of the quickest, least expensive, and near instantaneous way to significantly improve the quality of an online business.
What are you and your business core values?

How do you want your clients to feel working with you?
Generally the word I hear the most often, is, “I feel optimistic, jazzed up, taking it more seriously”, Frankly I want owners to feel exactly like this, I want them to feel optimistic, excited. Our post-migration reports document everything from performance, security, and everything inbetween!
What's your value proposition statement?
Too many to list, I sincerely believe that what we're building here is unprecedented and even revolutionary. Here are a few that stand out for me:
